Ivi Sleep Ltd (Company No. 16563138, registered in England & Wales) is the controller of any personal data collected through ivisleep.com.

What we collect. If you email us at hello@ivisleep.com or join our waitlist, we collect your name, email address, and anything you choose to tell us. Our website also collects standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through cookies and our hosting provider, Squarespace.

Why. To reply to you, to let you know when Ivi is available, and to understand how people use our website. Our lawful basis is your consent (for marketing emails) and our legitimate interest in running the website and responding to enquiries.

Sharing. We use Squarespace to host our website and Google Workspace for email. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Retention. We keep your details until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@ivisleep.com. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Children. Our website is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes. We'll update this policy as our products launch and publish the new version here.
